THE BEAUTY EDIT

Hey babes!

Hey babes! How you're doing? Today I have a little different post and it's about beauty. First of all I wanted to say that I'm not a beauty expert, actually it wasn't until recently that I got interested in make up. So today I'm going to talk about this topic, but in my own way ;)

First of all, I want you to know that my favourite style of make up in natural. So on my daily make up I don't use foundation. But I always use a moisturizer because I have a very dry skin. Some people like to add a little bit of colour with some blush, but you can choose what works best for you. Another important thing for me is the concealer. It doesn't matter what I do, but 90% of the time I have dark circles under my eyes, so I really need concealer ;) Watching some Youtube videos I learnt that the best way for applying it is creating a triangle under the eye statrting at the lacrimal. I've tried that and it really works ;)

1. Skin Clearing Face/Body Walsh (Clark's Botanicals in Farfetch) // 2. Urban Decay Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer // 3. Rise 'N Shine Daily Moisture Lock (Sephora) // 4. Radiant Creamy Concealer - Chantilly (Nars) // 5. Colorful Face Powders – Blush, Bronze, Highlight, & Contour (Sephora) // 6. Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer (Clinique) // 7. By Terry Natural Beige (Farfetch)

For the eye make up I just use a black pencil and some mascara. If I want to highlight my eyes I need some mascara because I have the smallest eyelashes in the world :') But I don't usually spend much time with that because I'm always rushing to go to university and I don't have time to do it hahaha. For my lips I always have in my bag a lip balm. I tend to have dry lips so I always have a lip balm with me. A trick I learnt while reading the book It by Alexa Chung to fix the lip peel that sometimes appear, is to "exfoliate" your lips with Vaseline and brown sugar. You have to rub the mix onto the mouth and rinse it off with warm water. I haven't tried this out but I might do it to see if it works ;) If you know more tricks like this one you can shere them in the comments :) For my daily routine I just use lip balm, but if want to give my lips a little bit of colour I use pink or a slightly orange lipstick. I have listened a lot of good things things about the Maybelline Baby Lips, which is a lip balm wtih colour. Have you try them out? I really want to, but I can't find them anywhere... I have to continue my hunt! hahaha
